Tenants / Activate Utilities

Be sure to activate the appropriate utilities when moving into your new home. Refer to your lease agreement if you are unsure which utilities, if any, are included in your rent.

Contact PPL to activate your electric services. This can be done online or over the phone. Service should start the day that your tenancy begins.

Contact UGI to activate your gas services. This can be done online or over the phone. Service should start the day that your tenancy begins.

Contact the Williamsport Water Authority to activate your water services. This can be done online or over the phone. Service should start the day that your tenancy begins.

NOTE: Water is typically included in the rent for all Anchor Mae Investments, LLC tenants.
